How You Can Make A Difference
As residents we are all the stewards of our neighborhood common area's. The association undertakes maintenance and improvement projects at and around our neighborhood entrances. This work helps maintain our property values and foster pride of ownership and it enhances the charm and allure of living in Aiken Estates. All residents are encouraged to participate. By equitably sharing the cost of maintenance we can preserve the natural beauty of our community and keep individual membership cost low.
