Welcome to the Aiken Estates Community Website

Greater Aiken Estates Neighborhood Association is a volunteer organization made up of residents. The purpose of the association is to preserve, enhance and maintain our communities common areas.

Join us in our efforts to help our community.

How You Can Make A Difference 

As residents we are all the stewards of our neighborhood common area's.  The association undertakes maintenance and improvement projects at and around our neighborhood entrances. This work helps maintain our property values and foster pride of ownership and it enhances the charm and allure of living in Aiken Estates. All residents are encouraged to participate. By equitably sharing the cost of maintenance we can preserve the natural beauty of our community and keep individual membership cost low.

Our neighborhood sponsors contribute financially though the associate membership program. Many also donate goods and services that help keep Aiken Estates beautiful and a great  place to live. We encourage all our members to keep their generosity in mind.
