In remembrance of Phil Lockhart, a dedicated leader and community builder. In 2005, Phil, alongside his wife Emily, co-founded the Greater Aiken Estates Neighborhood Association, where his leadership as President for four years left an indelible mark on our community. Rest in peace, Phil, your legacy of unity and service will always be remembered.
